The PTC CT08004 green ceramic cutting machine is a semi-automatic cutter designed specifically for high-speed and high-precision cutting of multilayer ceramic. By individually heating the cutting blade and the platform stage, the machine can automatically adjust the cutting position, alignment, camera position, blade speed, and cutting depth once the green ceramic softens. The software enables the storage of the start and end positions for automated cutting, making it suitable for enterprises, universities, and research institutes.

The CT08004 cutting machine can perform 7 cuts per second and is capable of cutting components as small as 01005 with a maximum cutting thickness of 9mm. The standard model supports precise cutting of square ceramic blocks measuring 6 inches (152 mm) or 8 inches (203 mm).
